Online Returns Policy
In Store Returns Policy
We aim to deliver UK and international orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Due to the special nature of our products, increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control there maybe occasional times when longer delivery times occur. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
Text alerts for delivery to UK customers. Where a mobile number is provided we will pre-alert you the day before delivery with a text message. You will be able to change your delivery by replying to this text.
All deliveries require a signature on accepting. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
Please note that Liberty cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in China and Russia.

Standard UK delivery charge is £5.95
Next Working Day and Saturday UK delivery charge is £10.00
Standard Ireland delivery charge is £9.95
European delivery charge is £15.00
Rest of the World delivery charge is £25.00
The Standard Delivery charges do not apply to rugs, furniture, large or bulkier items. Please see costs and details listed below (Other Delivery Options).
Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.
From time to time Liberty will offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase, based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion.

Other Delivery options
Liberty can arrange for delivery of larger items such as rugs or furniture from the Liberty London store, subject to additional costs, as per below:
Small furniture items and Rugs:
from £25.00 for UK mainland delivery
Large furniture items:
from £70.00 for UK mainland delivery
International delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase.
Liberty will only charge one delivery charge for orders that contain multiple items.
Large Furniture items and special orders will be delivered by our specialist furniture couriers. Some furniture items have a 14 - 16 weeks lead time as they are delivered to us direct from the supplier. We only deliver fragrances to the following countries in the EU:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal,Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Wales
Exclusions: Liberty only delivers Escentric Molecule fragrance orders within the UK.
Please note we do not deliver fragrance outside the EU.
Online Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with tags and tickets in tact and with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them. We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. *Please note: items excluded from this policy are custom made items; limited edition items; special orders; cut lengths of fabric; swimwear; nightwear; lingerie; hosiery; evening wear (including shoes and bags); vintage clothing and accessories; hair accessories; jewellery; watches; pierced earrings; hats; artificial flowers and feathers; duvets and pillows; Christmas decorations; toiletries; cosmetics; fragrance (including home fragrance); food and alcohol. Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of store credit note) if returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 14 days of receipt (whichever is earlier). Items reduced to 50% or below original retails price cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department on +44 (0)20 7734 1234 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order placed at Liberty.co.uk please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: email@example.com or phone our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7734 1234.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
In store returns policy
Our return policy allows a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase provided goods are in original condition and accompanied by a till receipt.
Goods without a receipt cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made against the original payment card or by way of a store credit note in respect of purchases made by cash or gift card/coin/voucher.
