UK Standard Delivery
The UK Standard Delivery charge is £5.95 to any city within mainland UK. All orders will be sent by DHL and will require a signature on receipt to accept. Due to seasonal demand please allow 3-5 working days to avoid disappointment. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the original delivery charges. We will notify you if this is case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required. UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. .
The UK Standard Delivery charge does not apply to rugs, furniture, large or bulkier items. Please see costs and details listed below.
Liberty is currently unable to deliver fragrance orders by air due to safety regulations. Orders to the following countries can be shipped by road, and may be subject to an additional 1-2 days delivery time: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Span, Switzerland and Sweden. Orders within the UK mainland will be delivered as normal.
From time to time Liberty will offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase, based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Delivery to Ireland is priced at £9.95
Other Delivery options
Liberty can arrange for delivery of larger items such as rugs or furniture from the Liberty London store, subject to additional costs, as per below:
Rugs and small furniture items:
£25.00 for England mainland delivery
Large furniture items:
£70.00 for England mainland delivery
Large furniture items purchased in-store or by mail order:
£100 Central London
£150 Home Counties
£210 Rest of UK
Liberty will only charge one delivery charge for orders that contain multiple items.
Large Furniture items and special orders will be delivered by our specialist furniture couriers. Some furniture items have a 14 - 16 weeks lead time as they are delivered to us direct from the supplier. International Delivery
Our standard delivery charge for International orders is £25.00. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order. Please note that this charge includes delivery only, therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes. All deliveries will require a signature to accept. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

Online returns information
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges, once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot, therefore we suggest you arranged as tracked or recorded delivery service and for high-value items, that you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
*Please note: items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders; any clothing that has been altered; cut lengths of fabric; swimwear; underwear; hosiery; eveningwear (including shoes and bags); pierced earrings; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); duvets and pillows; perishable or edible items such as flowers or chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sale items or special purchases bought during the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or shopping credit if returned in their original condition with proof of purchase subject to the conditions stated above, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 14 days of purchase (whichever is earlier). Any shopping credit issued must be redeemed online by the end of that sale period or promotional event. Items reduced to 50% or below original retail price cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department on +44 (0)20 7734 1234 or email customerservices@liberty.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed at Liberty.co.uk please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: customerservices@liberty.co.uk or phone our customer service team on +44 (0)20 7734 1234.If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
In store returns policy
Liberty Christmas Refund Policy
We want you to feel happy with your choice of gifts this Christmas. Should an item purchased as a gift need to be exchanged we are delighted to extend our exchange policy for goods purchased from 28th November 2011 to 15th January 2012 provided they are returned in saleable condition. Unwanted gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value; or for a credit note.Please refer to our standard refund policy for items that cannot be returned.
Please retain your receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Products purchased from the Liberty London store may be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days for a full refund*, providing they are in perfect saleable condition, accompanied by an original till receipt. The refund will be processed in the manner in which the sale was made. Liberty reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund if goods are not returned in perfect condition.
