COUTURE CAKES
Mich Turner – Founder and Director of London’s Little Venice Cake Company will be hosting two cake decorating classes in Liberty’s Heritage Suite on Tuesday 9th February and Thursday 1st April 2010.
As featured in Channel 4’s “Kirstie’s Homemade Home”, Mich Turner has created cakes for Her Majesty The Queen and HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and celebrities including Pierce Brosnan, Sir Paul McCartney, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne and David Beckham [swoon]. Mich Turner has been described as “The Bentley of Cake Makers” by Gordon Ramsay and “The Queen of Couture Cakes” by Amanda Wakeley…so she’s pretty good!!

VALENTINES INSPIRED CAKE DECORATING MASTER CLASS with Mich Turner
TUESDAY 9th FEBRUARY 6.15pm (class to commence at 6.30pm) – 8.30pm
Mich will demonstrate how to flawlessly decorate four individual ‘Crown’ cakes with white chocolate, using Little Venice Cake Company inspired designs. Guests will learn how to decorate the cakes using a number of techniques, from hand piping to hand moulding to create four beautifully stunningly, inspired Valentines gifts to present to loved ones on Sunday 14th February.
EASTER INSPIRED CAKE DECORATING MASTER CLASS with Mich Turner
THURSDAY 1st APRIL 6.15pm (class to commence at 6.30pm) – 8.30pm
Mich will demonstrate how to flawlessly decorate four individual ‘Crown’ cakes covered in an initial layer of marzipan and a final layer of sugar paste, using Little Venice Cake Company inspired designs. Guests will learn how decorate the cakes using a number of techniques, from hand piping to hand moulding, to create four cakes to enjoy with loved ones over the Easter weekend.
