We took a walk round the floors today, behind the hoardings to see how the Renaissance was taking shape, it is all getting rather exciting now….3 days to go!
This is exciting stuff. The concept is absolutely on brand – the bazaar is brill. I’m very interested to see the impact this will have on the brand and the business.
One thing… this Renaissance is very much focused on the environment and the products but what about service? What are we to expect from people on the floor? More of the same? Different?
