Kate Moss, Topshop and Liberty for Spring 2009
Liberty fabric has adorned many a designer’s collection this Spring and we are very excited about the latest arrival. Kate Moss and her ever successful Topshop range have worked with the Liberty Art Fabrics team to create three new prints inspired by our extensive archive and used them in her latest collection. For the first time ever the range will not only be stocked at Topshop but also available to buy here at Liberty!
We have picked some of our favourite shapes in each of the three prints, Poppy, Kate Nouveau and Lilabell (left to right). Lilabell was named after Kate’s daughter by our fabric team, and this long chiffon dress with a romantic waterfall neckline is a beautiful way to welcome the warmer weather. The unmistakable Liberty print Kate Nouveau is worked on a camisole and dress, leading the trend for bold prints for SS09. Lastly the structured bustier dress in Poppy features a bold red floral design on delicate blue.
We definitely cannot wait for these to come in. Like the Nikes, these are bound to be a sell-out, so put April 2nd in the diary!
