Grazia's Liz Hambleton Shares Her Top Beauty Tips for Autumn Winter
Thanks to all who made it to our spectacular beauty event yesterday – we hope you enjoyed your free treatments, gifts and pear Bellinis! Grazia’s Beauty Director Liz Hambleton also joined us between 5-8pm, and we managed to sneak a slot in between appointments to find out her top three beauty tips for Autumn Winter 2011.
1. “Invest in a rich, deep burgundy lipstick; somewhere in between the colour of chocolate and wine. We spotted this look on the catwalks at Gucci and Loewe, and it’s a great way to give a groomed look a grungy edge.”
We love Volga by Nars and Nocturnal by Hourglass – available exclusively at Liberty
2. “Upgrade your cleanser. This season it’s all about radiance and glow, so it’s time to really pamper your skin. I’d recommend Hydra-Radiance by Decléor.”
3. “Stop plucking your eyebrows! Achieve a thicker, statement groomed brow by using a good quality brush and a soft pencil that’s 1-2 shades darker than your natural colour.”
We recommend Bobbi Brown’s award winning Brow Shapers – a brush and colour in one available in a range of shades. Our on-the-counter expert also suggested applying eyeshadow with one of their Eye Brow Brushes for a dramatic look. Visit the counter in our beauty hall on the ground floor now, and they’ll help to pick your shade.
