Let's Talk About It: White Denim @ Liberty
This Thursday Liberty is hosting an exclusive event in association with Nudie Jeans, featuring a live set from the band White Denim.
Sweden’s denim experts, Nudie, take their jeans seriously – they believe that the right pair of jeans can be worn like a second skin, and only get better with age. They have always aligned their brand vision with rock n roll too, stating that their jeans ‘share the same soul and attitude as music’, hence, Nudie presents: White Denim.
Last year White Denim got the attention of the music industry at the SXSW festival, played in their own backyard – Austin, Texas. Not long after, in the UK, Channel 4 picked up on thumping single ‘Let’s Talk About It’, and used it in a number of ad campaigns, before the band released their debut album ‘Workout Holiday’. White Denim’s distinct, unpredictable sound – part punk, part garage rock, part Jimi Hendrix Experience – has been turned up a notch for their second studio album ‘Fits’, which was released last week to outstanding reviews.
