It’s Friday night and we’re getting ready for a glamorous night out in London town. We’ve got our Kalda party dress on, dazzling sequin encrusted heels, a chunky Nicholas King cuff, wet look Wolford Satin De Luxe Tights and some Alexander Wang arm candy. All that’s missing is a seductive smokey eye, but for that too, we’ve got you covered. Make sure you’ve got a good brush to diffuse your shadow – we love the Nars Yachico one. Alternatively try Ellis Faas creamy eyes – a liquid shadow that transforms into a powder on application. For a more dramatic look trace your eyeline with the Nars stylo pen liner which is effortless to apply. Then supersize your lashes with the Shu Uemura Curler and Chantecaille Faux Cils mascara, which regenerates and well as lengthens. Finish with the Hourglass Film Noir lash lacquer – a beauty secret weapon that will layer over the mascara to give you the look of false eyelashes.

Jewellery designer Alex Monroe paid us a visit last week to meet customers and launch his new Black Chrysanthemum collection. We’re big fans of his delicate and witty charms, and this new range is no exception. You can watch our video interview with him now on Liberty TV. We figure Mr Monroe has an eye for style, and so while he was in store we also got him to pick out a few of his favourite pieces: things he’ll be hoping to find under the tree this Christmas…

This I want for my boxing day walk. Snug! Everyone needs John Smedley, and everyone needs a cardie at Christmas. Perfect. Retro cool gloves, they remind me of my Dad This I love. To keep by the phone in the hall at home How do you think I stay looking so young and healthy? Helps you remember stuff and looks good! Sorry! Couldn't resist this one. I love a soft boiled egg with toast. You can't have too many egg cups. This Black Willow-Pattern is great. This will add to my collection

Today’s Online Fashion Week guest editor is none other than  Vogue.co.uk’s Dolly Jones. As the week draws to a close we find out what’s currently rocking her world, and offer you the chance to win a bottle of champagne at her favourite London haunt Claridge’s…

What are you working on at the moment?

Today is the final day of our ever Online Fashion Week – it’s been a major project and very exciting, and we’ve got really exciting secret plans for next year that I can’t wait to concentrate on too.
What are your plans for Christmas?
It will be very traditional – family, food and presents. I’m moving house just beforehand too so I’ll probably be surrounded by boxes for most of it.
Do you have a favourite place in London you’d recommend?
I love Claridge’s – it never changes, no matter what’s happening outside. I’ve been going my whole life and it reminds me as much of my grandmother as it does of the fashion events I’ve been to there. I want it to be a  lifelong friend.
What are you wearing at the moment?
I’m wearing a new Zadig & Voltaire jumper dress today – I love it. And I have an Isabel Marant Etoile rara skirt which seems to go with everything. And I’ve got my eye on the Roksanda shocking pink silk ss12 dress that I’m dreaming about wearing.
Are there any particular designers that you admire?
Lots – London Fashion Week always makes me want to re mortgage my house.
What was the last thing you bought?
A Jonathan Saunders degrade neon print skirt.
What is inspiring you at the moment?
The weather. At last it’s behaving as it should and it looks very romantic – and it makes me feel Christmassy. Work wise, Online Fashion Week is pretty inspiring – it’s incredible the enthusiasm we’re coming across for online shopping and for charity fundraising.
What do you love about Liberty?
My mother worked at Vogue before I was born and Liberty was the store she always talked about shopping in as I grew up. When I started working for Vogue, it was the one the designers all wanted to be stocked by. There are other stores they want to be in, of course – but Liberty always felt like a certain stamp of approval that they didn’t get elsewhere. It’s impossible to leave empty handed, even if you only buy a greetings card.
What will you be doing for NYE?
Dinner with friends in Notting Hill – and then home, probably to dance around the boxes with excitement in my new house.
What would be your worst ever Christmas Present?
I’m not telling you in case someone has already bought it for me.
