Supervisor - Jewellery

We are currently recruiting into a Supervisor level position in our beautiful Jewellery area. The role will encompass responsibility for delivering and driving excellence in the following areas:
• Service for Sales - providing service excellence to maximise sales
• Standards - creating the environment to give the customer the best shopping experience
• Performing a supervisory role within the department and acting as a main point of contact for the department in the absence of Business Manager/Manager.
• Mentoring - taking an active role in integrating and on-boarding new starters in the department
• Card Motivator - driving the Liberty Loyalty scheme
Working within an enthusiastic and motivated team, you will have the ability to inspire and lead by example. You will be working with some of the worlds most exclusive jewellery brands such as Marni, Eddie Borgo & Kenzo to Stephen Dweck, Ahkah & Eva Fehren!
Candidates for this position are expected to bring to the role previous experience at a supervisory / senior sales level and will be measured against key deliverables and will be expected to:
• Consistently achieve 90% mystery shop results
• Achieve £250 per hour sales productivity
• Show presence and authority on the shop floor; easily identifiable as a supervisory level role
• Maintain shop floor standards consistently
• Establish strong client base to promote repeat business; actively seek to expand and develop this.
• Run a successful mentoring programme in the department, helping to reduce turnover in the new starter category
• Ensure that the Department consistently achieves store target for loyalty participation
