Richard Balfour Lynn, Executive Chairman

Richard Balfour-Lynn formed Warwick Balfour Properties Plc in 1982, a commercial and residential property development and investment company, working in established and growth areas of Central London. He co-founded MWB in 1994, reversing it into a listed company in June 1997, the name of which was changed to Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group Plc. He joined the Board of Liberty plc as Chairman in 2000. He leads the Board in determining strategy and in the achievement of its objectives.

Geoffroy de la Bourdonnaye, Chief Executive

Geoffroy de la Bourdonnaye is a highly experienced developer of global brands and specialist retailing. Geoffroy joined Liberty in July 2007 from LVMH where he had been President of Christian Lacroix, which he successfully revitalised through upgrading and streamlining product lines, developing a luxurious line of accessories, and by forging dynamic partnerships with key department stores and distributors in the US, Japan and France. He previously held senior roles at L'Oreal, Pepsico and Disney. Geoffroy is a board member of the Research Centre for Fashion at Central Saint Martins college of Arts and Design in London. He is responsible for running the business and formulating and implementing Board strategy and policy.

Brian Myerson, Non-Executive Director

Brian Myerson is Chief Executive Officer of Principle Capital Group, which he co-founded in November 2004. Over the last 18 years, Brian has pioneered activist investing in the UK, Continental Europe and South Africa. Brian has held board positions of several listed UK companies, including Greycoat plc (1994 to 1996) and Marleybone Warwick Balfour Group Plc (2002 to 2005) where he was chairman. He was also a non-executive director of Sage Group, a JSE listed South African life assurance and financial services business from 2003 to 2004 as the representative of a consortium that led Sage's financial restructuring in 2003.

John Harrison FRICS, Non-Executive Director

John founded and built up the publicly quoted property company, Marylebone Estates Plc, which specialised in the active management of commercial investment property and ‘niche' developments. He co-founded the listed company Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group Plc in 1994 and was its Property Director until he retired in June 2005.

Jagtar Singh, Non-Executive Director

Jagtar Joined Hill Samuel in 1980 specialising in investment management and moved to Lombard Odier et Cie in 1985 where he was responsible for corporate and investment finance for quoted companies. He joined the Board of Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group Plc in November 1998 here he is responsible for property funding and structuring of transactions.

James Peggie, Non-Executive Director

James Peggie, Investment Director and co-founder of Principle Capital Group, has a legal background in mergers and acquisitions. He is responsible for the corporate finance, legal and transactional aspects of Principle Capital Group's investments and other fund-related projects.

Dato’ Thong Kok Khee

Dato' Thong Kok Khee is the Joint Chief Executive Officer / Group Managing Director of Insas Berhad, a Malaysian company which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Its principal activities include investments, property development, technology, high fashion retailing, and food and beverage retailing. Dato' Thong was previously an Executive Director of Standard Chartered Bank Asia in Singapore and head of its corporate finance division.
