Rule 26 Disclosures

The following information and links are provided for the purposes of AIM Rule 26.

Liberty plc is incorporated in England and Wales as company number 03967671. Liberty plc, in which MWB Group plc has a 68% interest, is the well known retailing and wholesaling business famous for its Great Marlborough Street store and luxury Liberty brand. Its wholesale division distributes Liberty fabric throughout the UK and the rest of the world.

Its strategy in returning the Liberty retail business to profitability is through the repositioning of the business as a luxury design emporium in the iconic Tudor building on Great Marlborough Street. Today the store's focus is on introducing new, exclusive brands, as well as the newly developed Liberty of London luxury brand.

The Group also operates the Liberty fabric business which is focused on growing the market for its quality printed shirting fabric. It is also identifying routes to diversify its product and design service offering to grow the profitability of Liberty Fabric and to diversify away from reliance on printed shirting fabric. The group consolidated its position in Japan and bought out its joint venture partner in December 2007 so that it now owns the entire business. This provides a tremendous platform from which to expand product sales, including Liberty of London, throughout the Far East.

The long-term strategy of the Group is focused on developing Liberty of London into a globally distributed luxury goods brand that will be distributed on a global scale outside of the Tudor Building. Now in its sixth season, a valuable and successful brand is being developed and sold from the iconic Tudor Building and in summer 2008 a stand-alone store is planned to open in London's Sloane Street and this will enable the brand to showcase its entire range of designs and products in an entirely dedicated environment.  The store and the brand are becoming increasingly popular and well know to domestic customers and international retailing organisations.
