Standard delivery items £5.95 for standard UK delivery
Large furniture items £70 for England mainland delivery
Liberty will only charge one delivery charge for orders that contain multiple items.
Standard delivery and small furniture items
All of our standard delivery and small furniture items will be dispatched directly from the Liberty Regent Street store and will arrive within 5 working days. If you have placed an order containing a large furniture item, your other items will be dispatched separately.
All standard delivery Items will be delivered by UPS. They will require a signature so please include an alternative delivery address such as your office address if this is more convenient for you. If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from UPS. You should then liaise directly with UPS for your free re-delivery or pick-up.
Large furniture items
There is a £70 charge per delivery address in England. If you live elsewhere in the UK please contact 0207 573 9645 and we will advise whether we can deliver.
Large Furniture items will be delivered by our specialist furniture couriers, Baxter. Some furniture items have an 14 - 16 weeks lead time as they are delivered to us direct from the supplier. You will find information about special delivery times on the individual product details pages.
If a furniture item is out of stock you may wish to use the "email when back in stock" facility. This is not a firm guarantee that you will receive the item, however you be contacted by a Liberty customer service representative to discuss waiting times. You you may be required to place a deposit to secure the item.
Free delivery
Spend over £2500 online and receive free delivery on orders in mainland England.
International Delivery
Our standard delivery cost for overseas delivery is £25.
Furniture can only be delivered within the UK but we are happy to deliver to a shipment company of your choice who can then organise overseas delivery. Please contact 0207 573 9645 or email enquiries@liberty.co.uk for details.
Returns
Products ordered from the Liberty website may not be returned in-store.
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services
department on 0207 573 9645 or enquiries@liberty.co.uk and we will organise a replacement or full refund. For the return of furniture goods please contact customer services on 0207 573 9645 or enquiries@liberty.co.uk
We will bear the cost and organise collection if the goods are damaged on receipt.
If for any other reason you wish to cancel your order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods, within 14 days of receipt to:

Providing goods are in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Any refunds will be issued to the card used when placing the order.
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at the store.
Additional Information about Regent Street Delivery and Returns
Product purchased from the store may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 28 days providing it is in its original condition and accompanied by a till receipt.
The refund will be processed in the manner in which the sale was made.
Goods without a receipt can only be accepted at the discretion of the manager and will be refunded at the last known selling price via a credit note.
Items excluded from this policy are custom made special orders, cut lengths of fabric, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, eveningwear (including shoes and bags), hats and headwear, pierced earrings, makeup, skincare, duvets and pillows. These are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
