We now offer a wide range of delivery options including UK Standard, Click & Collect, Next Day, Saturday, European and International. Find the best delivery method to suit your needs below.

Delivery

UK Standard Delivery - £5.95

We aim to deliver UK orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. Due to the special nature of our products, increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control, there maybe occasional times when longer delivery times occur. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

Text alerts for delivery to UK customers: Where a mobile number is provided we will pre-alert you the day before delivery with a text message. You will be able to change your delivery by replying to this text.

All deliveries require a signature on accepting: If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.

Click & Collect - FREE

Click & Collect is a free delivery-to-store service.

Orders will be ready for collection from the Customer Collections on the third floor of our Regent Street store. Orders will be available for collection 2 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the order is placed.

Please aim to collect your order within 5 days.

If you are unable to collect your order within 5 days of the collection date, please contact our Customer Services team on +44 (0)20 7734 1234.

When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation with either a valid photo ID or the payment card.

If somebody is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to present the order confirmation with a valid photo ID.

All orders must be signed for upon collection.

UK Saturday Delivery - £10.00

£10.00 – Selected postcodes only.

Please make sure you place your order before 12pm on Friday to qualify and select the Saturday delivery option at the checkout.

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £10.00

Mainland UK only. Order by 1pm Monday–Thursday.

Ireland Standard Delivery - £10.00

European Next Working Day Delivery - £20.00

Applies to all orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Rest of the World Delivery - £20.00

£20.00 – Selected postcodes only.

We aim to deliver Rest of the World orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

Please note: Liberty cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in China and Russia.
Please note: These charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.
Please note: All orders being delivered to China will not be sent out until we have a valid Customer Registration number.

USA Next Working Day Delivery - £25.00

Special Delivery

For express same day or nominated day delivery, Liberty offers a special delivery service on an individual cost basis.

To place an order for Special delivery, please call Customer Services on +44 (0)20 7734 1234.

Orders for express same day delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Express same day delivery is only available for London postcodes. Click here for a map of where we can deliver.

打折物品退货政策

凡打折物品或者促销活动时期购买的物品,只要在打折或者促销活动期间或者购买日起的14天内(以较早的为主)货物完好无损的情况下,提供购物凭证即可更换物品或者退款至客户所在的Liberty账户。
任何购物信用都必须在打折或者促销结束之前在店里兑换。
折扣率达到五折或者折扣更多的物品不能退货。
这不影响您的法定权利。

发货错误或损坏的物品

如果出现发货错误或者损坏,请联系我们的客户服务部门44 (0)20 7734 1234或者写邮件至customerservices@liberty.co.uk ,我们可以安排更换或退款。如果您收到的包裹是有损坏或者包裹是打开的,请不要签收,并联系我们的客户服务,我们将很快安排更换物品并承担取货以及重新发货的费用。

Larger Item Delivery

The Standard delivery charges do not apply to rugs, furniture, large or bulkier items. Please see costs and details listed below:

Small furniture items and rugs: From £25.00 for UK mainland delivery.
Large furniture items: From £70.00 for UK mainland delivery.

International delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase.

From time to time Liberty will offer free delivery promotions. Promotions are only available at the time of purchase, based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion.

Delivery to BFPO

For all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) orders, please provide us with the following information:

• Service Number and Rank Name
• Unit / Regiment
• Operation Name (where applicable)
• BFPO Number

Fragrance

We only deliver fragrances to the following countries in the EU:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Wales

Exclusions: Liberty only delivers Escentric Molecules and Creed fragrance orders within the UK.



Returns

Online Order Returns – FREE UK Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund*, please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition with bags and tags intact within 14 days of receipt.

To make it as easy as possible for you to return your online purchase follow the simple steps below.

1. Tick the item(s) you are returning on the dispatch note and state the reason for return by using our number system

2. Place the item(s) and the form into your box or bag

3. Return your order using one of the methods below:

UK - FREE Return by DHL

The original card holder will be credited when using this return method. For exchanges or online credit notes for unwanted gifts please see Online Order Returns To Store information.

i. Call DHL on 0844 248 0844 to request collection quoting account number 187806813
ii. Complete section 2 of the enclosed DHL form
iii. Leave your box or bag open so the courier can check the item(s) before they leave

Online Order Returns To Store

Online purchases can be returned in-store at the Liberty Service Suite on the 2nd floor.

Refunds will be made against the original payment card or by way of an online credit for unwanted gifts.

Our return policy allows a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided goods are in original condition and accompanied by an email order confirmation or online despatch note. Goods without an email order confirmation or online despatch note cannot be returned.

Refunds

Please allow up to 10–15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note that unless you are a UK customer using our free UK returns service, all return postage costs are your responsibility.

Sale Returns Policy

Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of a shopping credit) if returned within their original condition with proof of purchase, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 14 days (whichever is earlier).
Any shopping credit issued must be redeemed in store by the end of that sale period or promotional event.
Items reduced to 50% or more of the original retail price cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services department on +44 (0)20 7734 1234 or email customerservices@liberty.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Goods without a receipt cannot be returned.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
