Products ordered from the Liberty website may not be returned in-store.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services
department on 0207 573 9645 or enquiries@liberty.co.uk and we will organise a replacement or full refund. For the return of furniture goods please contact customer services on 0207 573 9645 or enquiries@liberty.co.uk

We will bear the cost and organise collection if the goods are damaged on receipt.

If for any other reason you wish to cancel your order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods, within 28 days of receipt to:

Providing goods are in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Any refunds will be issued to the card used when placing the order.

The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at the store.

Additional Information about Regent Street Delivery and Returns

Product purchased from the store may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days providing it is in its original condition and accompanied by a till receipt.

The refund will be processed in the manner in which the sale was made.

Goods without a receipt can only be accepted at the discretion of the manager and will be refunded at the last known selling price via a credit note.

Items excluded from this policy are custom made special orders, cut lengths of fabric, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, eveningwear (including shoes and bags), hats and headwear, pierced earrings, makeup, skincare, duvets and pillows. These are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
