How do I place an order?

You may place your order online or by calling a customer service representative on +44 (0) 207 573 9645.

I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared. Why?
The product range offered at Liberty is highly eclectic and unique, sourced from thousands of suppliers around the world. As a result, it is rare for us to purchase any of these items in vast quantities, which allows us the freedom to select items that are not generally found anywhere else, from one-off Afghan Kelim carpets to impossible to find Japanese fashion labels. So whilst we do everything we can to ensure the item you want is in stock there may be some occasions where we have to suggest a replacement item. Please do bear with us, and we hope to find something that matches your needs perfectly.

Liberty is able to arrange delivery to most international destinations. Currently online we are able to send parcels to:

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard UK delivery for £5.95, and international delivery for £25. For further information on our delivery policy please click here.

Can I use my Liberty Loyalty card online?

Yes. Simply enter your Liberty Loyalty Card number during the check-out process and your purchase will be accrued towards your half-yearly rewards. If you register during the check-out process (adding a password), your card number will be saved in the system for your next visit.

What happens if I wish to return an item I purchased?

Products ordered from the Liberty website may be returned in store, or returned via post.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department on +44 (0) 207 573 9645 or enquiries@liberty.co.uk and we will organise a replacement or full refund. For the return of furniture goods please contact customer services on +44 (0) 207 573 9645 or enquiries@liberty.co.uk.

We will bear the cost and organise collection if the goods are damaged on receipt.

If for any other reason you wish to cancel your order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods (at your own expense), within 14 days of receipt to:

How do I view my orders online?

At the top of every screen there is a link title “Log In”. When you click this link you will be prompted to enter your email address and password, and once logged in you will have access to all your past orders via My Account.
