Once you have applied online for a vacancy that you are interested in, the HR department will review your details and your application. All applicants will receive a response. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial telephone interview which may lead to attending an in-house Recruitment Assessment Centre or a one to one interview with the Hiring Manager.

Personal Sales Figures – Retail Staff
We ask candidates who have been invited for a retail interview to be able to provide their personal sales figures.

Flexibility – Retail Staff
Our Assessment Centres are attended by Managers from various departments in the store. Although you may have applied for a role in a specific department, Managers from other departments may see potential in you and consider you in other departments. It is therefore important to keep an open mind.

Dress Code for Retail Interviews

Our general standards for Assessment Centres and one to one interviews with the Managers would consist of the following:

Smart black clothing
Smart shoes
Well groomed

The dress code for Head office interviews is smart casual.
