Product purchased from the store may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 28 days providing it is in its original condition and accompanied by a till receipt
 
The refund will be processed in the manner in which the sale was made
 
Goods without a receipt can only be accepted at the discretion of the manager and will be refunded at the last known selling price via a credit note
 
Items excluded from this policy are custom made special orders, cut lengths of fabric, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, eveningwear (including shoes and bags), hats and headwear, pierced earrings, duvets and pillows. These are not refundable and cannot be exchanged . This does not affect your statuatory rights.
